EON - No bill since September

Just wondering whether I should contact them to tell them they have not billed me for over 6 months now, in the past my bills seem to have been sporadic but this seems a little too long between bills. I'm on monthly DD so the money is there when the bill comes in so I'm not too woried about it however.

Hi dodgy_gooner,
Definitely let E.ON know, 6 months suggests something has happened that shouldn’t have.
It’s good that the Direct Debit is in place and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about, however the Direct Debit amount needs to be based on actual consumption to be accurate and this could be affected if you’re not billed right.
Best to get it sorted sooner rather than later.

I haven't had a bill at all from E-on, since moving in to an apartment in September!
Coincidence - or something up at E-on?0 -
Hi Storminbalder,
Have you been in touch with E.ON about this?
Again as above my advice in this situation is chase it and find out what's going on.

Thanks, spoke to EON now and my account had gone into an unbillable state as the meter had been changed for a new one however they had no meter reading from the newly installed meter and it is not always set to zero. I'd not received a letter aboput the meter change because it went to the property (Which is a holiday chalet) and not to the billing address. Hopefully this does cause any problems as I'm unable to read the new meter for another week or two...0

New meters are normally set just before zero, to allow a few units to be used during installation/testing etc.0
