Anyone Found Car Hire Cheaper than Net Flights?

Hi All,

we looking at booking car hire in Florida from Orlando airport from 6th May 2009 arriving at 16.00hrs and leaving 18th May 2009 at around 11am the cheapest we have found is with netflights at £206 for the basic car + £41 for the extra drivers (theres 4 of us and we all want to share the driving).

I have been searching for ages but cant find anything cheaper - I did manage to get car hire for the same length of time last November for £140 from budget but prices seem to be much higher this yr.

Now I know the exchange rate is worse than November and May is a little more peak season but anyone who can help will be greatly appreciated.

we always search around but for the last couple of years have found fifteen02.com the cheapest, just had a look and it depends what you say by basic, you can get a compact with all fees and the additional drivers for 292 with a free upgrade. Prices look to be the same as what we paid last year.

with 4 of you I would look for a larger one than a basic

Thanks for that - but I can get a intermediate car with net flights and all drivers etc for £280
