You could buy adobe acrobat professional, I use that at work, but thats expensive, the free one pob mentioned would be your best bet

Print Driver is only a demo on a trial? The one I suggested is free...

You could also try cutepdfwriter - which can be downloaded for free from www.cutepdf.com.

It installs itself as a printer - and then you can use any program to print to it just like a normal printer, but it creates a pdf instead.

Hi there, right click the file you want to convert and select print, where it shows what printer is being used, click to change the printer to the universal document converter. This will convert the file, not print it.

I highly suggest this one which I have used im my business for years. It is easy and allows you to create low file size pdf's which in my case was vital. 20MB Word Docs with up to 20 photographs down to 250kbs.

I have tried Adobe Professional but sledgehammer to crack a nut for me.

You can do the actual file creation and conversion from within OpenOffice
Create and edit documents (including 'Word' documents etc) and then export them as PDF.
