Was looking for some new ceiling and wall light fittings and saw some I liked on Inspired by Light last Thursday evening. However they only had one ceiling pendant in stock and I wanted two. I dropped them an email to ask if they would be getting more stock in.
Got an email reply on Friday morning saying they could probably get me another ceiling pendant, but to place the order anyway so I would have the stock they did have allocated to me.
Had an update email on Friday afternoon to say they had found a ceiling pendant and the order would be dispatched when it arrived in stock.
I was emailed on Monday afternoon to say the ceiling pendant had arrived and the whole order would be dispatched that evening.
Parcel arrived at 7.45 am on Tuesday morning!
That's fantastic service and I'm really pleased. They also included bulbs for all the light fittings which competitors didn't offer.

Its nice when you get good service like this and its also nice when people take the time to let other people know. Enjoymake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
