help - adjusting coupon size

hi guys - sorry if this is posted in the wrong thread........i'm not at all clever regarding computer things!!!

could a clever person please please please let me know how you 'cut' the pictures off so that the coupons at the bottom are only printed (save ink!!) - better still how do you get more than 2 coupons on the page (so i'd have a page of about 8/10 scanable coupons -rather than print full page which wastes ink)

i have no idea at all how to do this, please help mexxxx

  • Hi,

on the coupon page, click on little camera (snapshot) along the top, then click on

top left hand corner of coupons, and drag to bottom right hand corner, to copy

coupons, then open a word document and paste, enter, paste, you should get 10

coupons on an a4 sheet, click on print preview to check, then print.

And to do this with Coupon Printer (prints directly to the default printer), download priPrinter. If you print to this virtual printer, it shows you the result and you can crop it and other stuff before printing. It prints a little "printed by priPrinter" at the bottom of each page though unless you pay for it, but still worth the ink saved.

It's easy to cut out bits you don't want to print, but it's not that easy to use for putting many coupons on one page, and I seem to remember someone linking to something that does the same thing but was free, anyone remember?
  • hiya, thanks for the replies........when i click the link the 'snapshot' icon doesn't seem to appear??? - where is it??

    thanks for any helpxxxx
  • Hi,

oops, :o I'm using Foxit Reader, sorry if not what you are using, but if it is, just

hover along the toolbar until you get to the wee camera.

If you are using Adobe, it should offer a similar function.

I had a go for you, it's saved as a Word document, 4 coupons on 1 page.
