i won my first on 15 april and still havent received,do you think people are getting multiple wins on just the one card??

I received the following email after complaining that I had not received my first 2 cards which I won on 12/04/2009. I still haven't received them to date although there is still time before the 10 working days are up.

Dear Winner

Thank you for your email.

Due to some technical difficulties there has been a delay in sending out your Magnum Pleasure Card. These have now been rectified and your card is on its’ way and should be with you within 10 working days.

I'm also thinking that they are trying to put multiple wins on one card, maybe it'll save hassle and complaints from people who are trying to work out which card belongs to which log-in, although I am confused as to how they would do this without creating another huge backlog for themselves .............. hmmmmmm

I won on tuesday last week 12/5/09 I think, I'm not really expecting it yet, but still would be nice too know.

I won on the 11/04 and still not had mine yet! The 30 working days will be up on Wednesday.
