I am sure my code reads RSJ54VHB3G but it keeps saying:
This Magnum Pleasure Code does not exist on the database.

Have you tried all the other possibles, sometimes C's can appear as G's, for example

I know you may have already tried this but when looking at the stick tilt it slightly away from you, I find this helps a little.
