What do you think the code on the stick you're having trouble with says? I might be able to make a suggestion or two. Actually before that, have you tried licking the surface of the stick to wet it, then holding it up at an angle to the light so the light reflects off the surface? Because there is an indentation where the code is stamped on, sometimes the code stands out because you don't see the wood grain then. There are no O's or 0's, only Q's.

If not, post the code as you best guess it and perhaps someone will have a suggestion...

I think my freezer is too high as they are very hard lol.
I rip open the stick end of wrapper, gripp end of ice-cream with finger and thumb and pull stick with other hand. Wouldn't budge though, had to resort to pulling/wiggling until I got some sticks with lumps of ice-cream on end! lol

I usually wiggle a bit before I pull the stick out. Okay, massive double entendre... :-)

Usually end up with a small lump of ice cream loose in the packet afterwards.

Do any of you have any idea of how many magnum sticks in total you have entered since you started the Magnum comp??? I think it will be amazing to see some of the huge amounts. Lets see if we can find the Magnum queen, or in Orange's case king!!
