    No I don't think they have turned off wins, I don't think they are allowed to do that. I just think more people are entering.

    My theory is ( like others), that although the WEM's/WTM's are being drawn, they are not all being automatically sent.

    Due to the cr**iness of this comp, I think 20 days after the last claim date - (20th July) as a gesture of goodwill, Magnum should notify all of those with unclaimed cards one more time and give them a further extension time to claim. If the have set aside £1,000,000 for this comp it will cost them nothing more than a small amount of time and effort.
