First praise for anything for a while by the looks of things!
Ordered some excellent value made to measure curtains from curtainscurtainscurtains but they arrived with the wrong linings. I contacted customer services and they offered to re-line the curtains or, a 50% discount! I chose to have the linings re-done and they were collected and returned within 3 working days!
Obviously it would have been better if they had been right first time but I think their response was excellent and I'm not put off ordering more!
