Ibiza in April

A while back i booked some flights to Ibiza for 18th April - 25th APril and now i'm finally getting my bum in gear and trying to book some accomadation.
Can anyone give me any advice about the place? I'm not looking to go clubbing, more a case of spending a week relaxing somewhere warm and sunny. Nightlife isn't a big thing but i would like somewhere i can have a decen meal in the evening and then a few quiet drinks afterwards.
There is plenty of accomadation available in San Antonio but i'm not sure much would be open at that time of year. I have found the Hotel Maritimo which is pretty close to Ibiza town, where i would presume things to be open all year round.
Any ideas or advice greatly received.

Talamanca or Figuretas perhaps.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Figuretas is where Hotel Maratimo is situated - looks very convenient for Ibiza town.0

Hi,Figuretas is a good choice as its in between Ibiza town and Playa D'en Bossa which has a lovely beach. Both are within easy walking distance and have lots of places to eat. Its not far from the airport so a taxi won't be to pricey. In Ibiza town buses and boats run to all over the island. looking at the Easyjet site it says you can get a bus to Ibiza town and Es Cana which is a great resort as well. Hope that helps a bit.0

Hi there, We are going to Cala Llonga, Ibiza in May. Cala Llonga is a quieter place a few hundred yds from the beach and a short ride to Ibiza town. The accomodation is cheap (£10-12) per night. Please check all the reviews for the hotels you are thinking of staying at on tripadvisor.com and be sure to look at the latest reviews for cleanliness etc. We decided to go self catering as i dont usually eat breakfast!0

Stayed in Es Canar many years ago which was beautiful. Buses are good so can get anywhere on the island.0

Ibiza in April will be quiet. The main season is fairly short and things are only starting to get going toward end of April.
Are you a lone traveller? male or female?
San Antonio does not have much to tempt the discerning traveller. Just a load of crummy bars ,drunks and chips, pizza and kebab joints. There are a few nice restaruants away from the main areas but you'd have to know the place to find them.
Figueretas? Every time i have walked along the prom there,it seems to be blobbed with dog sh*it but at least its near Ibiza town so you have some slightly more cultured and varied nightlife and the chance of a decent meal.0 -

Have a look at Santa Eulalia, the Hotel La Cala is open I think. Not a touristy hotel at all. Very classy with lovely rooms and staff. Food is really nice and nothing is too much trouble. Santa Eulalia is quite Spanish at this time of year with lots to see and do. There is a street full of classy bars and restaurants that should be open. Its nice to just sit and watch the different people that live there. You will probably see a celebrity or two if that floats ya boat. There is a bus station also so you can get to anywhere on the island for a couple of euro's.
Anyway, its a lovely island so enjoy it ...........0
