Help with Hijack

Most other things download ok although Spybot would not this pm.
The message I get when I try to download itunes is:
There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package.
A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact you support personnel or package vendor.

Have you turned Comodos DEFENSE mode off?

Yes it has downloaded and will not install even with comodo switched off.

Doesn't this belongs to the useless System Mechanic?

I saw it once on a PC, and amongst other things, it offers to remove "nasties" but doesn't tell which ones, removed the perfectly useful Netmeter.
Could be blocking something.

Yes it does. I have asked the OP to remove it so id like to see the hijack log to see if its completely gone or not

lets have a look under the hood;

• Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.
• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
• Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
