Was looking at bags and came across this sellers `terms` on feedback..

1. DUE TO THE RECENT MESS WITH FEEBACK ON EBAY, WE HAVE TO TAKE OUR POLICY FOR FEEDBACK INTO ACTION FROM 10/01/2006
2. FEEDBACK IS THE SELLER'S AS WELL AS BUYER'S RIGHT TO HAVE IN THEIR PROFILE.
3. I WILL ONLY LEAVE FEEDBACK IF YOU LEAVE ME A FEEDBACK FIRST.
4. IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING AND HAVE IT RECEIVED AND YOU ARE HAPPY WITH IT PLEASE LEAVE FEEDBACK.
5. IF ANY PROBLEM GET BACK TO ME BEFORE EAVING NEGATIVE.

What's shocking is that people will still buy things from the trader. :eek:
It astonishes me that people like that aren't boycotted! A couple of expensive items that I sold in January have never been left feedback. I knew that the buyers had them, because they were sent Special Delivery and I tracked them - but some buyers just don't leave it. Once I tracked them as 'Delivered' I left good feedback for them.

Basically the seller is saying 'DON'T BUY FROM ME' or is it just me who sees all that as a good reason to steer clear?
I know people get cross about feedback but those terms are daft.

Did you notice how he accepts paypal yet still has the bit about not being responsible for items lost in the post? He'll get a shock one day!

He really hasn't thought this through, has he? I mean, if he actually starts leaving negs for people who haven't yet left him feedback, I suspect he'll get his feedback soon enough! (And a neg will be much more damaging for him as a seller than it would be for a buyer)0
