Were to take a 14 year old..

young lady on holiday, has to be european, in easter hols or even before, cheap (obviously), somthing active, close to city etc.

    Barcelona, Paris, Rome are "cool" cities to visit at any age. No frills airlines serve these cities and if you stay in back packer hotels/ hostels she will get a chance to chat with young people from other countries. (whilst being chaperoned by you)!
    We took our daughter to Amsterdam on her 17th birthday and she loved it.

    Or how about Paris Disneyland. You are never too old or too young for Disneyland.
