Avira anti virus

The last few days avira has popped up with a box in the bottom corner telling me to update so i click update and it then tells me the scheduler didnt run, is it easy to solve and if so how do i fix it,

Sounds to me like the OLD anti virus is still alive and kicking
(Or youve blocked avira with your firewall)

Try and uninstall and reinstall first

if that doesnt work ~

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click DO A SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE (Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

ive had avira installed since i built the machine, i dont think ive blocked avira but ill uninstall it and do reinstall

Ive downloaded malwarebytes and its installed and running and no i dont know what that file is
