Network Q - Is it worth it?

Hi,

I'm in need of some advice please. My wife has had to purchase a new'ish car after hers was written off. It comes with one years Network Q but they offered another year for £250.

Does anyone know if thats good value.

Brian

Not sure but you would have to have a look at what is inc in the warranty does it include parts and labour, Personally network Q always seem expensive to me but there could be many out there who will prove me wrong

It depends on your luck, My first car was network Q id also paid for the extended network Q, about 2 years into owning the car I had a slight misshap involving some snow and trip into a field, I didnt damage any body work but the steering was very bad. I took it to get the tracking done and was advised the 2 rear shocks had burst and the steering colum was "twisted" So i called up vauxhall advised them of the findings of my local garage took the car to vauxhall dealler with a refferance number and all the parts were replaced.

Considering they replaced shocks 2 years after it was sold was worth it in my books, the fact that it was my fault (didnt tell them that) was even better. its easy to claim if there is a problem you just call there customer service department they give you a quote number and you call the dealer and just arrange to have the car fixed.

They also do recovery if you break down 1 mile of more from home 9saves on AA membership or similar)
If it doesnt pay rent sell it.
