Tenant Tracing Agency

Hi,
Wonder if anyone could recommend a really good tenant tracing company to flush out an previous tenant from whatever hole he's hiding in. The tenant left with over £2,000 rent arrears and further investigation has revealed that he's got past reputation for absconding after less than a year in a property, leaving behind lots of unpaid rent.
The fact in itself someone can actually go through the arduous routine of moving houses every year just to dodge rent payment makes you question their frame of mind, but I will not dwell too much on that at this present time.
I will therefore really appreciate it if anyone could provide me with the contact details for a really good tracing agent.
Thanks

I think you'll probably get a better response on the www.landlordzone.co.uk forums.
It's a question I've seen come up on there.
If you are a member of one of the landlord organisations (less than £100 per year and fully allowable against tax) then I think you can get discounts on recommended services.0
