Go to http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm and click on the question mark next to 'Why doesn't Help and Support work?' for a solution.0

I'd try the simple solutions on that page first:
Go to Start/Run and type in helpctr -regserver
if that doesn't fix it:
Start/Run and type in regsvr32 /u hhctrl.ocx0 -

Have you run any registry cleaners? If so, that page has a script which repairs the Help and Support registry settings.0

Hi
Go to Control Panel, Adminstrative Tools, Services, and check that Help and Support is enabled and and set to automatic.
Hope this helps0 -
Is that an oxymoron, Microsoft Help and Support!!

The peculiar irony is that quite often it is helpful and supportive!
