Free to check with the GP ted. why would i want 5 dollar $ discount code for something in this country, its something most children go through even my son gets them, he knows what they are and knows its will not last forever
Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?

but probably cheaper and easier to obtain by post.the finger !!!!! test comes in the post and requires only a few minutes to complete. Dragging your kids and yourself to the doctor. then arranging for a further visit either to the local pathlab or the practice nurse for sample collection, then a third visit to check the results only to be told that you will be better off buying you D3 from the USA than using prescription D2 which isn't the form the human body uses.

Similarly the level of Vitamin D insufficiency considered normal by UK doctors is not anywhere near the level associated with least chronic disease. If you are going to the trouble of correcting Vitamin d status you may as well raise it to the natural level associated with peak muscle performance, Vitamin d in human breast milk and least chronic disease.
why would i want 5 dollar $ discount code for something in this country,
5000iu D3 is NOT available in the UK
The highest D3 source in the UK is 2000iu/drops. and they work out more expensive than USA supplied.

The fact that Vitamin D deficiency in teenagers is very common is not a good reason to ignore it. Particularly when the cost of treating it is so trivial.

I used to complain to complain of growing pains. Turns out, when I turned about 20 I had an MRI scan and I have spina bifida occulta and many other back problems.

My DD (15) has had them for a few years on and off. She did have a knee injury a few years ago and her consultant said they did exist and quite common. She has ibuprofen when it keeps her awake at night. DS no problems.

While ibruprofen will deal with the inflammation it will not deal with the cause of the pain symptom.

Correcting Vitamin D insufficiency deals with the root cause of the problem while also enabling the body to cope better with inflammation. Because it corrects both the cause of the problem and the symptoms it is the moneysaving and timesaving approach.

both my 4 and 7 year old suffer from "growing pains" sometimes. They wake during the night with a dull and aching leg. I thought it was something quite normal in children, I remember suffering myself. A little ibuprofen, and hot water bottle normally helps. Heat rubs also work for my 7 year old. Like I say they only suffer sometimes and I find it lasts for a week or so during "growth spurts".

The reommended daily allowance of vitamin d is 5ug. This can normally be found in childrens multivitamin e.g bassetts soft and chewy. My children take one daily and don't mind as they taste like a sweet. It's an important vitamin as it helps muscle growth and helps with the absorbtion of calcium which is of course essential for health bones.;)
