Lloyds TSB Internal Scoring

I opened a current account in nov 07 since then I have had stress getting upgrade from my cash account. After 9mths i got annoyed with lack of progress and closed my account.

After a change of heart I went back a week later and they said i would have to apply again, I did this time they offered me 2-1 debit card and a silver account PROGRESS!.

Since then my score has not changed some 8mths now, i would like one day a 3-1 debit card, overdraft, credit card etc all to no avail as yet.

I have appealled many upgrades with their PLD dept, everyone says no without fail. I checked my credit file and it says i have no arrears, all accounts are up to date. 13 accounts couple settled the rest still open.

Experian my score is low 604, Equifax is fair 389, callcredit is 551.

Can anyone shed any light how to get an 3-1 debit card a gold account with lloyds?

Incidently i slipped into Abbey who opened me a 3-1 debit card, current account with a cheque book with no problems, even a £300 overdraft and approved me for a credit card with a £250 limit.

Lloyds are starting to annoy me again!

Also i forgot when i initially applied back in nov 07 after just getting the cash account, I checked my credit files and it showed CIFAS on two different attempts by polish people ID fraud and Application Fraud with Lloyds TSB incidently!. I rent a room in a multiple occupancy house people come and go most months!.

This was removed 13mths after it was placed on.

Would this affect me even thou CIFAS website states that each application should be looked at carefully, but i it doesnt concern the applicant should not affect a credit decision!.
