Hi i recently cancelled with bt and i am owned a refuned that is what the customer service guy told me does anyone know how long it takes to get a refund from Bt i dont want to call them up as i dont want to waste my bill phoning them as i no longer have the 150 option to call them im not with bt but owned a refund so just want to know how long do they normally take they are taking a long time to refund money they own me (nearly been a month) but it would hve been a different case if i had owned them money im sure they would be ringing me everyday ???
