How long does it take for a house sale to appear on the land registry (nethouseprices etc).
It's just I bought mine 7 months ago and it's still not showing.

I think they update the register quarterly.0

Not sure if you mean the actual Land Registry web site or the Net House Prices site? I have found for years that sometimes you can't find on one of the many prices sold sites yet you can on Land Registry but have to pay to access the information.
And sometimes, even years on, NOT to be found on any site including the Land Registry

I got a letter through from Solicitors saying it was all finalised about 5-6 monts ago. I haven't tried paying for the info from the land registry.
There is an entry on nethouse prices for about one-two months before I bought it (it was traded in) but nothing regarding my sale.
Not that it really matters I suppose, was just curious. Cheers.0 -

Before I retired (agent) I used to use Land Registry several times each week because info nowhere else to be found so had to stump up £2 each time then it went up to £3.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build.
