Moving built-in dishwasher to a new home?

I bought a new kitchen 3 years ago which included a built-in dishwasher but have just bought a new house which has space for a dishwasher but is currently just a standard cupboard.

Assuming the dimensions are the same can I remove and re-install the dishwasher relatively easily? I know I'll have to change the door to fit the new kitchen and plumb it in etc but can anyone advise on whether it's a simple job or I'd need to get a professional in to do it?

Your suggestions/advice would be appreciated.

It should be easy to remove the cupboard without disturbing the rest off the units. Remove all the fixing screws and lower the legs and slide out.
