Writing to credit card company - template needed

I hoping to write a begging letter to Barclaycard to ask them to reduce or put a halt to the interest payments. I'm new to this sorting out lark and I'll go through all the other forums soon for other ideas. I have tried to transfer the balance to a cheaper interest rate but have been refused. I am paying about £100 per month in interest alone but I've budgeted £200 per month to pay it off, allbeit slowly. Without the interest, progress would obviously be quicker. Would they be amenable to this? Is there anywhere with some template letters that I could adapt for this? All advice appreciated.
