We all know that advertised broadband speeds vary massively from real speeds, but how bad is the problem? 
By taking part in our two-minute survey you can find out. You'll also get the chance to have your say and tell us all about the quality of service that your ISP gives. We'll collate the results over the next few months, so that we can find out who the best UK ISP is. This year we're not only looking at fixed broadband connections, but also mobile broadband. Don't worry if you've got both types of broadband, as you can fill out our survey twice (see instructions below). To say thank you, you'll automatically be entered into a prize draw to win a Shuttle PC and monitor worth £1,100.
