Need cheap insurance for my daughter

Hi,
I'm after some names of insurance companies that specialise in the younger drivers that maybe are not included in the usual search engines!
My daughter is 20 and has been driving for 1 year.
Can anyone suggest any?
Thanks in advance

What car does she drive? If it is a relatively small engined one, you probably won't need specialist young people's insurance. Being a girl and aged 20 - even with "just" one year since she passed her test - she may not be a particularly high risk to some insurers. I passed my driving test at 22 and needed my own insurance one year later for a 1.4l car. I just went with Tesco as it worked out the cheapest. The next year it was Diamond.
if you are just trying to make your search more comprehensive ... sorry I can't suggest any names. just wanted to say make sure you try the "bog standard" companies too.0 -
Diamond came top in my searches on comparison sites for daughter, 17, with 3 months' full licence. Half the price of everyone else, but I wouldn't describe it as cheap!0

And just a note on the side, avoide these 10 month bonus accelerator policies offered from Admiral, Elephant and Diamond, its only them that accept it as a full years bonus, if you move next year to a broker, say Swinton, they can not take that as a valid years bonus for about 90% of their companies.0

Thanks for the responce,
She has had insurance for 1 year and we were just getting the thoughts of others to see if there was a small insurance group that might give some of our young drivers a break! We are looking at £800 at the mo!0
