Reclaim Bank Charges Hold Lifted?!?!?!?

I've just had a phone call from an company offering to send me a "reclaim pack" to get back any bank charges.

When I asked if this process was still on hold I was told that the banks had lost and you can now start to claim your money back. Is this true? Can't find any news on this without finding the fact the FSA block still exists.

The banks have just applied to the House of Lords for leave to appeal and the FSA waiver in still in place (due for renewal in July)

If however you've found your way here you can get a 'reclaim pack' for nothing and don't have to give that company 25% of any refund:j

Use the templates on this site to lodge your claim with your bank and when the powers that be decide one way or another, hopefully not the banks, your claim can go ahead.

Thought this was the case but wasn't sure. They wanted £50!!! I reclaimed some charges last year and it cost me nothing. I'll wait until July then.
