Endless, soul-draining experience with nPower - who else is best?

Hello,

Sick of endless hassles with npower ho seem unable to get anything right. Is there one particular provider that prides themselves on customer service - at this stage I'd be happy to pay more to ensure this...

Does anyone have any recommendations, or is good customer service a myth in the utilities industry?

Is this for commercial or domestic? Either way, use a comparison site that gives you the full answers to the nine Ofgem questions concerning choosing a supplier, and the ability to VIEW the terms and conditions before signing.

I'd say that there is no one company that is perfect for anyone at the moment, (sorry) but some are better than others. There is the thought that if you go with a small company, like Ecotricity, you will get more (although they are much smaller and have less buying power), it may be worth looking into newbie on the scene First:Utility, or go with one of the big players like E:ON or Shell. With the big players you really are unfortunately looking at losing the customer service side of things. Let me know if you need any site recommendations, I know one or two that have worked for us!
