  • Hi Ladies,

Realise I am a bit late but please could I join? Got lots of bits of pieces cluttering the house up and I could do with both the cash and space so need to get rid of them. I'm also doing a car boot in a couple of weeks too, so will include anything raised at that too. I love doing car boot sales!

So starting fund in £42.25 as I got some Topcashback today. Aiming for £250 to start with.

Got a day off tomorrow so will get cracking then. Just need to try not to buy anything on eBay while I'm on there!

By the way, anyone thinking of selling on Amazon it is dead easy. I've sold quite a few books on there in the past, although text books and factual stuff tends to go better than paperback novels (as these are usually available for 1p on there). Great for anyone that's got any uni books or work type books though- I've made quite a bit on these as they don't seem to lose much value.

3 - I never print the postage either coz I always get my proof of posting so have to go to the PO anyway and sometimes they manage to send it cheaper than I thought it would be
PS. i update the list so it just stays in the 1st post :p :rotfl:

Well good news from me first we've managed to clear a load of stuff via freecycle so it's a start (although no cash though!) but on the cash front DH did some freelance work for a friend and he got £100 (£30 costs though) so I'm adding an extra £70 to the baby fund total :j

Just listed six items on eBay- yippee! Probably won't make my fortune but it's a start. Might try and list a few more on Sunday as that is my next day off and I am way too tired to list anything after work!

Of my 22 items - 1 had a bid and 2 are being watched. Not holding much hope on selling many though!

Will be listing some more items tomorrow as I've got 4 days off work (although I will be doing Overtime!!)
