What was the justification for the 20%+ pay cut, other than the economic downturn? Is everyone else in your company taking a similar percentage pay cut?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Yeh basically most of the directors have taken large pay cuts. Some up to 50%, some are working without a salary. Other people have taken similar cuts.
Obvously the economic down turn being the main excuse.
A load of people who work on the same areas have been made redundant.0 -
in a lot of ways im lucky to be staying, plus with the current job market. that wage probally reflects what I would earn better. Still gutted though.0

We've cut our hours to help keep going - off topic it's gut wrenching to see on the news tonight that MPs have had a small INCREASE in their wages........0
