Suspicious text messages
We are aware of some UK banking customers receiving a text message which asks them to visit a website to remove or amend their personal details. This message is not genuine and the website that it asks you to visit is set up simply to download a computer virus.
It is important that you do not respond to this message in any way. If you have inadvertently responded to this message please contact us immediately on 0845 6002323. Remember we will never text or email you asking you to login or provide any personal details.
