my daughter has the same phone as this, well i think it is the same, i paid around 120 for it at xmas, so good find!! before i said my boyfriend needs a phone!! i want it now!! (he can have my pink one) ha ha!!hope we get it!!!

I've just ordered one too! I guess if they do send it and want to charge us for a monthly contract we can just return it?

If they charge me more, I'll get a refund through my bank's fraud department if CPW don't cooperate; or speak to Trading standards, quoting the trade description act of 1974. I know it's only a glitch, but it's CPW's fault and not honouring it would look bad. They cannot force a contract on anyone for a start as it says nothing anywhere about it and it also states HANDSET ONLY.

You should be able to; phones sold as Handset only (eg NOT PAYG or contract) are unlocked and you are usually able to use any sim from any network (eg PAYG or contract).

CPW operates a 14 day returns policy anyway, plus there is a law to protect internet shoppers meaning they LEGALLY MUST ACCEPT ALL RETURNS, as long as it's unused and boxed etc.

Hehe, Watchdog would love it.;)

I'm pleased as I usually miss all these loopholes. Even though I plan to sell mine at CEX when times get really rough; I'll be keeping it boxed and unused for this purpose.
