CTRL ALT and PRINT SCREEN Buttons all togther then cut the paste into word or other such program
however you can use Cute PDF as a printer and print to CUTE PDF and then name it as a normal file

At the top of my screen on the right hand side there is a tab that says page (next to tools), then I clicked save as.
