Hi All
I am looking at moving out with my partner into our first place together.
We saw a part by part rent scheme in our area where we own 45% of the property.
The mortgage is £58k and we pay rent aswell.
Are these schemes good ideas or should i steer clear?
All feedback is helpful.
Many Thanks

I've been looking into this as well.
Hope you don't mind me hijacking your thread and asking a question?
I used to own a property back a few years ago.
Renting now however and have been for the last 4+ years. Will I still be able to get one of these Part buy/Part rent schemes or does the "First time buyer" Really mean what it says?
thanks0 -
I think it depends on the scheme, I live on a shared ownership estate and there aren't any restrictions on who buys here except buy to let.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
