After one week my line was activated I called bt to change my calling plan / upgrade/ to higher plan from unlimited evening and weekend call to anytime.
Today I got bill with charge of £167.17 for terminating calling plan before term expired!!!!
Please anyone can help me what to do now I will definitely not pay this charge.
When I called them to upgrade no one told me about any charges £167.17 otherwise I will not change it at all.

this sounds like you were on free evening and weekend plan contract and advisor has upgraded you to anytime plan but failed to put you in an anytime plan contract to make up for thr loss of the original contract. You are right you should not have been charged to upgrade but you should be in a new contract for the anytime plan. call 01793591155 (sorry i know it geo number but you are on anytime so will be free) Explain to (uk) advisor that you were on free evening/weekend package and upgraded to anytime but have ( HELD TO TERM CHARGES) Advisor should remove them for you0
