missed 1 years payment

After not handing my P45 in I have not paid any student loan repayments since August. As I did'nt hand in P45 I've also been incorrectly taxed and am owed around 600 pounds this year in excess tax paid. However if I had to repay my Studennt loan missed payments it would be 1200 pounds. I am moving employers in August. Do I have any options or do I just need to own up and be forced to back pay.

Student Loans Company don't usually ask you to backdate payments, tho I suppose they could ask for all of the money if they thought you had deliberately been trying to evade paying. Contact them immediately.
