new york holiday inn

i am travelling to new york at the end of april on a tight budget... I've found a reasonable deal on flights but am still looking for a good price on hotels. I like the look of a nice and easy, simple holiday inn and there is one in the tribeca area of NYC where i need to be the most during my 4 days stay.

Has anyone got any advice on getting god deals on holiday inn prices? I'm assuming they must have offers from time to time and maybe prices can be better through other sites than their own..?

Any help gratefully recieved!

    Hi there
I am also looking into staying the Holiday Inn for my 2nd trip to new york later in the year.

Have you looked at the Midtown holiday inn? Might be little more expensive or maybe bit cheaper. Think thats the one we are going to stay at very central and near pretty much everything.

I looked on Travelsupermarket then compared prices through the website - you might just be able to type in holiday inn in a search box cant remember. For the dates I wanted to travel booking through the holiday inn itself worked out cheaper it was $195 a night and the reviews are very good plus the rooms are large too.
New York ♥..........These street will make you feel brand new, Big lights will inspire you.
No place in the world that can compare ♥ 2nd October 2010 ♥

Used it to book the Holiday Inn, 6th Avenue New York for the end of April and saved a couple of hundred $'s on the regular price.

The 'Friends and Family' offers are worldwide I believe (I've used it to book New York). I think the other ones may be UK/Europe only.

Just try them, type in your dates and it will say if they are valid or not.
