Poundland are selling a long HDMI lead.
Can I plug this into the back of the PC and then into my main TV. It will reach. Would I have to unplug the monitor and go from there. We love the random pictures on the screen saver and would like it this Saturday as we have a houseful!! Cheers boys and girls.

it all depends on whether your computers graphics card has a HDMI out port and your TV has a HDMI socket.
you could probably do it if the graphics card has DVI (long white port), but you would need a DVI to HDMI converter.0 -
If your computer does not have an hdmi input it may have a vga input. This is the same as most monitors (blue 'D' shaped port with 15 pins).
Most independent computer shops will stock or be able to supply you with a monitor able to reach.0
