Well, for starters, if they quoted you £120 a month over 10 months and actually charged you £230 a month, I would look into them as miselling a product.
Quinn Direct are a brokers based in Ireland, I think they work of a call centre so they may tape calls.
You will also have been sent a copy of the consumer credit agreement which you will have needed to sign to give them permission to go into your account and lift the money.
If it states £120 on that they tell them that and seek legal action, if it says £230 then you should have queried it and used your 14 day cooling off period.0 -
