Have been with them 3 months , sent in some readings the other day, they promptly put up the DD by £10.50 a mon th, despite prices dropping and my overall usage dropping.
Their computer might say that is OK but it doesn't know my usage pattern and I can't see the DD being lowered in the summer to compensate when no gas is used. Looks like tis cheaper to pay customers 3% than re-do the computer software.0
