transfering turbolister to another pc - help please

I have recently tried to transfer my turbolister to a new pc but it doesn't recognise the files, or open them.
I have loaded turbolister onto my new pc but can't transfer my listings from the old one.
I have been using window easy transfer through a network, but no joy.
I may have to list everything then download into the new one when items haven't sold, not ideal.

any ideas???

Create a backup of your turbolister data
    Install TL on new PC
    Import backup on new PC

Did it myself a couple of days ago :)
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
  • As above: I found it wasnt synching correctly so I saved a backup and 'redownlid' it. It seems to glitch quite frequently though unfortunately

  • The file should be .tlb its under File-> Backup Database

You have to resign in again when your on the new computer so make sure that the passwords / paypal accounts match up
