First post, so hi everyone!
I have a business idea, and ive already planned it all out. With the help of the Princes Trust and Business Link, i have a brilliant business plan, marketing plans, etc. I also have 450 email addresses of people wanting to know when the business launches, and also people asking to preorder!
However, neither could get my start up costs below £22,000. They know that ill get this money back within the first two years, but neither can do loans at that level.
Im wondering if anyone could tell me my chances of a bank, such as lyolds, lending it? I want a lyolds business account, they do a perfect one for me, and so they are first choice. However, they want me to apply online. I have three credit accounts on my credit report, one is a credit card and two bank accounts, and these are always paid on time. I have 6 searches, from the last 6 months, 4 of which were by Welcome finance (i dont know why, im arguing it with them at the moment). Im not on the electoral register at my current address yet, because i moved here two months ago, but i have applied to be added.
Do you think my chances are good?
