Hello all,
Hopefully there is an IT guru on here that can help me out. I've recently been promoted and am currently trying to establish the workload of some people in our office, the majority of their work comes through emails & telephone calls. I have software to report on the telephone calls but now I'm looking for (preferably free) software to report on their emails.
I'd like to understand how many they send/recieve in a day/wk/month,
how long from the initial email to the reply to the same address,
Need to be able to view the emails sent/received,
Also want alerts to be sent if there are certain words or phrases used in their emails
I've searched google and there are so many choices, I don't know where to start, does anyone have any experience of using this type of software?

The best way is personal experience. Do you have a small home network you can use for testing?
