who are planet micro

just wondered if anybody else has paid planet micro £49.99 for a pack to claim back bank charges but heard nothing!!!! can't even find them on the internet

    Hi There never heard of them myself. It is probably the same info (although) not as good as the information and Template letters you will find on this site.;)

    I am so sorry to hear this, and again sorry I have not heard of this company.

    I would check on here if you've not done so yet:
    http://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/search.aspx

    I'm sure there must be a contact number on the site as well hun, so ring them and see if they can do anything to help.

    How long ago was this hun when you started this?

    Just for future reference, be aware of these services who charge anything upfront, there are a few free services, but always check and get advice first.

    Good luck and hope this resolves, where you can get your money back.
