When you move to a bigger house, which bills increase?

We are considering moving from our 3 bed semi 1970's house with one bathroom and a combi boiler to a new build detached 4 bed house with 2 bathrooms and a downstairs WC.

Can anyone tell me which bills are likely to increase when we move and by how much? I don't just mean gas & electric either, but there's no general "bills" board, so i posted here. :)

Thank you.
Sarah. :p

its impossible to say to be honest.how many people live there? what are your bills now? are you on the most competitive gas and electric tariffs now? is your house well insulated?

-electric should still be the same.
-gas i dont know, its a bigger house with another bedroom but the boiler may be more efficient in a new build, and the new house should be better insulated.
-water should be the same if your on a meter now
-council tax, check what band it is.

my friends moved to a new build and his gas bill has actually a lot less now as the boiler is a brand new a rated system and the house is insulated well.
