My daughter was given a leopard print set of hair straigteners for her birthday, which she loved. A couple of weeks ago she left her bedroom door open, our labrador puppy got in and chewed through the wire (they werent plugged in thank goodness). I contacted Coriolis and asked if they would be able to mend the cord and they told me to send them back to them for repair. As I knew this wouldnt be covered by the guarantee I fully expected to pay for the repair, however they have kindly sent us new straighteners free of charge :j What fantastic custmer service.
