make sure you have pushed the bit that collects the water in back far enough, you could try putting a little lubrication(vaseline or something) on the seals of the water collector. Not an expert but found this helped with my Creda0

Just had this problem and had to get a new pump. The man said the pump wasn't pumping the water into the container. And only 13 months too !travelover0

I didnt know they had a pump, did you check youre manual for pointers?0

I had the very same problem and my dryer was less than a year old.
I too needed a new pump. I got insurance for the dryer from then on, as I think the call out and part would have been expensive if it hadn't still been under guarantee.
Hope you get it sorted out soon.

same thing happened with my indesit dryer 18months old. It was really noisy and did not dry the clothes very well. Decided to replace with a bosch sensor condensor dryer. Much better very quite drys everything in less than an hour.0

When ours did that there's a small hole right at the back of the bit the water container pushes into which had got blocked up.The only way to see/access it was to take the top of the washer off. Did the trick for us.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
hi there i no this is a long shot as it was posted a while ago but was wondering if the water was leaking out anywhere? i have the same problem but everywhere is dry from what i can see anyway (the floor bottom of the dryer wen i take one side off)0

Hi, If water is not getting into the tank then there is a blokage somewhere. On my Hotpoint aqueeriass ther is a little black plug at the back. No need to remove any panels, just take off the plug by pulling it and poke it clear with a srew driver. Then take out you water collecter and clean the little plug at the end of theat. Then slide out yor condenser box and run water through it and clean it out with a screw driver between the vains taking care not to puncure it. Also take out you filter in the door and clean inside the hole. These things get blocked up because no one thinks to clean them out as per instructions. It is not just a case of empty the water out and clean the door filter. Failing that have a hole drilled in the wall and get a venting model as the cost of the hole is cheaper than buying a vcondenser and they are al lot less bother.0
