I had a chuckle this morning...

.... logged into my LTSB account and in the current account header it invited me to open a second current account (for bills etc).

Also, at the bottom was a message about opening a second account.

I click on the link.

Get a message along the lines of "Sorry, we're unable to offer you this product online." Or words to that effect.

Had to laugh really. Why waste the time of offering the account to me if it won't let me have it? :rotfl:
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

    Really!

    What conditions?

I've just upgraded my current current account to with advantage as I've just received a large amount of cash from my parents. Now getting 4% on £7,000 of it. Looking for somewhere to stick the rest. I wonder if I could open a second account? You need to deposit £1,000 a month into the account. The conditions don't say it needs to be wage funded, I wonder if I could just transfer £1,000 per month from the account my wages do get paid into?
