Worried about sudden drop in LTSB's internal scoring to 9!

Hi,
Today I went to LTSB, thinking about temporarily increasing my overdraft (fixed savings maturing in 3 days time, but may need some cushioning in 2 days time).
I was shocked when the person told me she couldn't help because there is a "Credit Policy Decline" listed next to my Overdraft, and also told my internal scoring is 9. I remember a few weeks ago it was 2.
What I did was I applied for the PrivacyGuard (£1, just to get my credit report, will cancel later). Am waiting for my credit report.
I suspect my credit report will come up clean (everything paid by D/D, and on time).
If so, do I need to do anything? I am really worried to be honest!

Don't worry about anything.
Lloyds internal scoring is a shambles and can jump from 10 to 1 in a month. They have no idea how it works and will give you no help to improve it. It's all done by computer which no-one at branch or customer services level has any idea about.
Some banks, say use your debit card, have income in etc. Lloyds say, do whatever, it'll change every month.
All you can do is either switch banks or live with it, sadly.0 -

Did your score ever changed after having Credit Policy Decline mark?0 -
Mines been a 9 - CPD since I opened the account (Jan 09)I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0
