The inner thermal glass has cracked on the oven door. Does anyone know who I can contact to get it replaced as MFI have gone into administration please. We had our kitchen fitted in august

It'll be under the manufacturer's warranty. You need to get in contact with the manufacturer.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I have spoken to the insurance company that we have extended warranty with but they wont do anything til august 2009. The oven is a diplomat i think it is a MFI product so not sure if diplomat is a seperate company0

wasting your time if mfi are the manufactuer, look at replacing yourselfTarget Savings by end 2009: 20,000
current savings: 20,500 (target hit yippee!)
Debts: 8000 (student loan so doesnt count)
new target savings by Feb 2010: 30,0000
